How far ahead should I order?
Please allow at least 48 hours. Every request depends on availability, so get in touch early for a complex design or larger celebration.
Can I request something that isn’t on the menu?
Absolutely. Use the special requests box for a different flavor, filling, frosting, cake size, or design. Our pastry team will review your idea and confirm what’s possible and the price.
When do I pay for my cake?
Our team will confirm the details and arrange payment with you. Payment is required in advance, and submitting this form alone does not confirm an order.
Can I bring my own inspiration?
Yes. Add a reference photo to your request, or describe the colors and design you have in mind. We’ll discuss the final design with you.
Where do I pick up my cake?
At Black Cow Cafe, 2219 Honolulu Avenue in Montrose. Choose your preferred pickup date and time in the form; our team will confirm it with you.
